1. Usage and application scope |

BY3 type SPD is suiting to A.C 50/60 Hz , 220V electric power system and used at the joint of the LPZ2 and LPZ3 zones. It protects the electric network shocked by the thunder or surge over voltage.
This type belongs to Class 3 and the usage condition is that there must be installed the Class 1 or Class 2 SPD, or it will be damaged by the over impulse current

4. Installation position and application |
| |
1. Installed at the joint of the LPZ2 and LPZ3 zones.
2. Generally applied in computer equipment, information equipment, electronic equipment and in front of control equipment or near the socket box 220V D grade surge arrestor.
3. It adopts 35 mm DIN rail.
4. It is linked by 1 -4 mm2 copper wire, and the length of the wire can't be longer than 500mm. The earth cable should choose the double color wire which is over 4 mm2 |
